🍪 Moroccan Almond Ghrib
Ingredients:

2 cups finely ground almonds (or almond flour)

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

1–2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter

Powdered sugar for coating
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix ground almonds, powdered sugar, baking powder, and lemon zest.

Add eggs and oil/butter. Mix until you get a soft dough.

Form small balls with your hands.

Roll each ball in powdered sugar.

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
-
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cookies crack and are lightly golden.

Let cool before serving
