Ingredients
Dough:

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ cup powdered sugar

¾ cup butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Milk as needed
Filling:

1 cup ground almonds

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp orange blossom water
Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly. Add egg and vanilla, then a little milk to form a soft dough. Rest 30 minutes.

Combine all filling ingredients until smooth.

Roll dough thin, cut into shapes, add filling, and seal.

Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden.
