Instructions

Prepare the dough:
In a bowl, mix butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well. -
Add dry ingredients:
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. -
Chill:
Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. -
Roll and cut:
